Customer Service Shipping: The Pajama Party ships via UPS Ground and Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance are available for an additional charge. Processing times and shipping vary per order and time of season. Priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days, but does not guarantee a delivery time. During peak mailing times, such as the Christmas Holidays, expect longer shipping times.

Return Policy: No returns. Exchanges only.Customer pays shipping.

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or used without your written permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and not be used in way you have not consented to.

All information submitted to The Master Suite is kept confidential. No personal information is shared, sold, or distributed. All your credit card information is deleted from our servers when your transaction is completed and order sent.

Special Offers: We will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
